The workshop is the focal point of our operation and centre of all our activities.  It is equipped with specialist tools, some having been devised by us over the many years we have serviced woodwind instruments. 

Both brand new and secondhand instruments are checked for any defects and given a 'pre use' service before ever being released. After that it depends upon usage but we like to check over the instruments at least annually.
